Having first tasted spice and seasoning compliments of my grandmother at the tender age of 5, I vividly remember the need for more...it was a curry puff that inspired me and the rest is history...I moved to Switzerland to learn how to cook and then returned to work for the formidable celebrity Chef and restaurateur, television personality, and "gastronaut" Keith Floyd...My late father founded the legendary mobile catering business on Dartmoor in South Devon the renowned “Hound Of The Basket Meals"...
